MOUNT GAY MOJITO

Glass: Highball /Collins

Garnish: Mint sprig

Method: Pour all ingredients except soda into a highball glass. Add crushed ice and stir. Top with more crushed ice, soda and garnish with a mint sprig.

15ml sugar syrup
30ml lime juice
6-8 mint leaves
Soda
