BORCO, a leading European producer and marketer of international spirit brands and wines and owner of Cana Rio Cachaça, has appointed Suntory Australia distributor of Cana Rio Cachaça from April 2011.

CANA RIO Cachaça comes from the house of Fazenda Soledade in the state of Rio, a Brazilian family enterprise established in 1827. Fazenda Soledade embodies the cachaça, a spirit created in Brazil at the beginning of the sixteenth century, with technology that guarantees the highest level of quality, at the same time preserving traditional techniques of skilled production, respecting environmentally responsible practices.
