Suntory Australia imports its premium brands of liqueurs & spirits from around the globe.

We distribute our products through national retailers, independent wholesalers, the duty free channel as well as export product to New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and S.E.Asia. We have to make sure the right product is imported, delivered at the right time, to the right place, in perfect condition.

Managing demand & supply through planning, storing, picking and general administrative and delivery functions are all critical to our success.

Supply is a fast-paced place to be, where you need to be extremely thorough, great at communicating and strive to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered. If you’re motivated, multi-skilled and enjoy working in a team, then Supply would love to hear from you.

SALES

The Sales department at Suntory is a dynamic team with a great culture focused on customer relationships, increasing distributions and growing the sales of market leading brands.

We are very proud of the way we build brands and develop trade relationships and want customers to have confidence in our brands, and our ability to increase their profit.

We have an extensive on-premise program covering brands such as Midori, Jagermeister, Cointreau as well as many others with engaging promotions. Our cocktail menu maker program allows our reps to build unique cocktail lists that can suit the décor of any venue and training sessions are conducted to give bar-staff the confidence to mix.

Our Retail business is focused on building distribution as well as relationships to maximize sales and display opportunities. We have a great Retail support program with activities across all of our major brands.

MARKETING

The Suntory marketing team believes the best drinks and cocktails start with the best quality spirits and liqueurs. Our mission is to help all legal drinking age Australians enjoy them responsibly.

We put the consumer at the heart of what we do, to grow great brands that everyone will love as much as we do. If you have a tenacious can-do attitude then the Suntory marketing team is the place for you and if you have tertiary marketing qualifications or have worked your marketing magic elsewhere, all the better!

FINANCE

The finance team works with all teams to try to deliver the best financial information available to assist in making the right commercial decisions.

The team works alongside each area in terms of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, payable and receivables, to ensure the business continues to work towards its core objectives - they don’t just report on it!

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

The IT team provides the backbone for our IT platform that maintains our internal business systems.

This team works with all of Suntory Australia, looking after everyone’s information technology needs and making sure our systems are progressive to meet our growing demands.

Based in Sydney, the team are good at communicating and strong on relationships, with the right technical knowledge. If that sounds like you, you could be just the one for us.

HUMAN RESOURCES

In our Human Resources department we think the letters ‘HR’ stands for ‘Humans Rock’!

We recognise that people are an important and essential asset in contributing to the development and growth of our company. Much the same way as machinery and money are.

People return to Suntory Australia as well as coming from various industries possessing different skill sets and diverse backgrounds. We are like a beautiful mixing pot. Selecting the right people and training and developing them are very important elements of what we do.

The Human Resources department is located in Head Office and is responsible for the human resource function on a national basis.
